Becoming an Official Chapter
- We may want to reconsider calling our campus groups "chapters"
- Quoth Gavin: "i think it makes more sense to say FC.o represents the FC groups at a national/international level, not that FC groups are mini-FC.o's"
- Not an immediate issue compared to the FAQ
